AiActuary Marks Usage Agreement

This Marks Usage Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which AiActuary ("Company") permits you ("User") to use the Company's trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, or other brand features (collectively, the "Marks").

Permitted Use: User may use the Marks solely for the purposes expressly authorized by the Company in writing. Any use of the Marks that falls outside of this authorized use is strictly prohibited.

Quality Control: User agrees to maintain the quality of products and services associated with the Marks at a level that meets or exceeds the quality of products and services provided by the Company.

Ownership and Goodwill: User acknowledges that the Company owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Marks. All use of the Marks by User shall inure to the benefit of the Company. User agrees not to challenge or contest the Company's ownership of the Marks.

No Alteration or Modification: User agrees not to alter, modify, dilute, or otherwise misuse the Marks, or bring the Marks into disrepute.

Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination, User must immediately cease all use of the Marks.

Indemnity: User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to User's use of the Marks.

By using the Marks, User acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
